Help
On this page you will find brief introductions to special features used on this server, mostly related to property protection and economics.
For more details about these and other topics, see The Frontier Wiki.
For general Minecraft mechanics see the official Minecraft wiki.
Money
This server uses money based on diamonds. Players can convert diamonds into $10,000 per diamond. For example, to sell 10 diamonds and receive $100,000, use this command: /sell diamond 10
There is currently no command for converting money back into diamonds, but it is usually easy to find a player who is willing to sell you diamonds for about $10,000 each.
Money is never created in any other way. Every single dollar in existence comes from a diamond which a player has dug up and converted into money. Diamond dollars are simply diamonds which have been split up into more convenient units.
You can send money to another player by typing /pay [username] [amount]. To check how much money a player has, use /bal [username]. Use /baltop to see the balance of all players:
Claims
Private property is primarily protected by claims. When you claim land, only you can build on it, except if you give another player permission to build in the claim.
To claim land you first need claim blocks, which can be bought for diamond dollars. Claim blocks cost $1000 each (one tenth of a diamond). To buy 10 claim blocks, use this command: /buyclaim 10
To create a claim, use a gold axe and right-click two corners of the rectangle of land you want to claim.
For information about existing claims, right-click with a stick.

Shops
To make it easier to trade you can create an automated shop with a chest and a sign. It works like this:
Put an item of the type you want to trade in the chest. Place the sign on the chest. Leave the first line blank. On the second line put the number of items to be sold at a time. On the third line put the buy and/or sell price. On the fourth line, put a question mark.
Set the price like this: S 100 : B 100 where S is the price other players use to sell to you, B is the price they use to buy from you.
Left-click on a shop to sell, right-click to buy. Shift click to buy/sell a whole stack.
Use /csn history to see transaction history for your shops.
