Rules

There are only a few simple rules on this server.

Hacking

You are not allowed to use hacks to circumvent vanilla mechanics. This means no item duping, no x-ray mods, no hacked clients etc.

Non-hacky, non-cheaty client side mods are allowed. For example, feel free to use mapping mods like VoxelMap and schematics mods like Litematica.

Other than the ban against hacking, everything that is forbidden is disabled in the server configuration. So if you can do it, you are allowed to do it.

Chat

Please don’t be rude or use foul language in the chat!

We currently have no chat filter, so it is possible to swear. But our player community is polite and friendly and if you swear other players will quickly ask you to stop.

Feel free to chat about anything related to Minecraft or libertarianism. Please keep talk about other topics to a minimum. Use common sense.

Chatting about other servers is allowed. Of course, don’t do any kind of spammy advertisment, but feel free to talk about other servers you enjoy playing on.

If you spam or otherwise act disruptively in the chat and persist after being told to stop, you will probably be banned.

Property

The claims system is the only official standard of ownership. If you claim it, you own it. If you have not claimed it, you do not own it.

You are free to build on any piece of unclaimed land and use any unclaimed resource. This includes freedom to claim any such resources.

If land is claimed, you are not able to build there, open chests etc. So if you are able to build, open things etc—that means you are allowed to do so.

If you build something but don’t claim it and someone else takes it, they have not stolen from you because unclaimed resources are not owned by anyone.

Please be respectful of the natural landscape and more generally of unowned resources. The fact that you can destroy things does not make it a good idea.

Aggressively exploiting unclaimed resources is allowed but systematic griefing can get you banned from the server.
