Circumnavigation One
Among the very first settlements on the shores of Anchor Bay was a small house with walls of white stone and a dark brown wooden roof. It appeared to be a humble home next to a small garden and a few cows. But under the quaint cabin was something entirely different. Visitors who looked closer found a staircase leading deep below the beach from which strange sounds could be heard.
The unassuming house was, in fact, the base of operations for Emerald Clan. Under it was a sizable industrial complex where servants toiled day and night to produce valuable resources. The workers had been liberated from the thrall of voodoo poison but then immediately put into bondage again. Having regained their souls, they now parted with the energy of their bodies in constant physical labor.

Impressive as it was, this little house and its very large basement was not enough for the ambitious clan. From the first days they were already looking for a place to build their permanent presence in the new land. They had something specific in mind, but not enough knowledge about the landscape to choose the right spot. Thus it was that Sharonclaws set out on her historic adventure.
It was not her first voyage. She had already reached the heart of the continent—not once, but twice!—at one time traveling from the very furthest end of the land back to Anchor Bay. This journey was to become even more ambitious, although that was not her intention from the outset.
The famed farmer-mathematician left Anchor Bay in a small boat and headed north along the coast. Her initial plan was to find the northern edge of the continent, to improve the precision of her astronomical calculations. But when she had come that far, she could not resist an urge to explore further. And so it was that she did not to see her home again until she approached it from the south, after having circumnavigated the entire continent. Four new moons had risen since she first set sail.
Along the way she saw mighty rivers flowing from the heart of the island and she followed some of them far into the hinterlands. She found mountains and deserts and mesas. She found treasure in ship wrecks, once even a diamond! And deep underground, hidden beneath a strange house made of snow, she found a dungeon with a frightening secret.
Thanks to Sharonclaws and her expeditions, parts of the world are now mapped out for all to see. Settlers of the Frontier eagerly await her future adventures and the knowledge they will bring.
